For the retail side, we implemented Shopify POS across Gresham Blake’s physical locations, configuring hardware, payment systems, and workflows tailored to their needs. Performance and SEO remained a priority throughout. We implemented a robust redirect strategy to preserve search rankings and optimised site speed to improve Core Web Vitals. Integrations with key third-party systems were also re-established within the Shopify ecosystem, ensuring continuity across the business.
